| La Val's pizza opened in Alameda on February 2nd, 1984. It has enjoyed great success in the fifteen plus years it has been open. We pride ourselves on freshness and quality. We only buy the best meat and produce around. Most of our menu items are prepared fresh daily. The dough for our crust is prepared daily though we don't use it right away. The dough goes through a 48 hour proofing process prior to cooking. |
